Adrenaline Online E-gift Card FAQs
E-gift cards that are purchased from the Adrenaline website are pre-loaded and activated in accordance with our Adrenaline E-gift Card Terms and Conditions of Use and the Adrenaline Privacy Policy. Purchase of Adrenaline e-gift cards online constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Listed below are a number of frequently asked questions.
Do Adrenaline e-gift cards expire?
Your e-gift card will be valid for use for 5 years from the date of issue after such time it will be invalid. You should use all of the e-gift card balance before the expiry date. It is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the e-gift card expires. Unused balances will remain the property of Adrenaline.
Can I exchange my e-gift card?
You cannot exchange your e-gift card for a different denomination or type of e-gift card or for another tender, cash or discount.
How can I check the e-gift card balance, expiry date and transaction history?
You can check your e-gift card balance and expiry date at any time by visiting https://www.adrenaline.com.au/redeem. You will be required to enter both the e-gift card number (17 digit number) and PIN on your e-gift card prior to getting access to the e-gift card information.
Can more value be added to a e-gift card?
No, once a e-gift card has been purchased, the value on it cannot be increased.
What if a e-gift card is lost or stolen?
Once e-gift cards are activated, they should be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Can I purchase a e-gift card using a e-gift card?
E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card.
Can I return or refund a e-gift card?
E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for another denomination of e-gift card or for tender (i.e. cash). E-gift cards cannot be refunded or returned, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Where can the e-gift cards be used/redeemed?
You can redeem your Adrenaline e-gift card online on the Adrenaline website (www.adrenaline.com.au). Terms, Conditions and exclusions apply. Please read the Adrenaline Gift Card & E-gift Card Terms and Conditions of Use for full details.
How do I use my e-gift card?
To make a purchase using your e-gift card, please follow the below instructions:
- Visit www.adrenaline.com.au
- Browse and Select your experience. Once you have made your selection, click 'BOOK NOW' and select your preferred date and time.
- On the MY CART page, click the 'CHECKOUT' button and follow the prompts to select the delivery method.
- Under the Payment Information header there is an option titled 'USE A GIFT VOUCHER/GIFT CARD'. Enter the card number and PIN and select the APPLY button. Click the prompt to add another Gift Voucher or Gift Card and repeat this process if you have more than one Voucher or Card to use.
- Your Gift voucher/Card value will be deducted from the total amount.
- If you need to pay an amount above the value of your Gift Voucher/Card, please choose from one of Adrenaline’s available payment methods.
- Click 'PLACE YOUR ORDER' to complete your purchase.
Can I use a gift card in conjunction with a promo code?
Gift voucher/cards cannot be used in conjunction with promo codes. If you wish to use a promo code, please use another payment method.
How many times can I use my e-gift card?
You can use your e-gift card for as many transactions on the Adrenaline site as desired until no balance remains on the card. The original expiry date and card terms apply

What is an e-gift card?
An e-gift card is a Adrenaline gift card that is delivered via an email. It works in the same way as plastic gift cards work today. You choose the amount and message and the digital e-gift card will be delivered to the nominated email address within 1 hour from the time of payment.
Can I cancel my e-gift card order if I order online?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted online, it is unable to be cancelled.
